The book explains 50 agada yogas in detail. The first section includes agada yogas
mentioned for Sarpa dashta cikitsa. This also includes anubhutha yogas from Keraliya visha
cikitsa granthas. The second section includes agada yogas mentioned in Kita visha cikitsa,
which includes Luta and Vrscika visha cikitsa. The third part deals with Gara visha and Dushivisha
cikitsa. The original slokas from Keraliya visha cikitsa granthas are also included in this book.
The explanation is written in such a way that the reader gets almost all the information
about yoga. It includes the botanical identity of plants, proportions, method of preparation,
bha#vana, and mode of administration, and also includes yoga scientific studies conducted
and their results. The book is designed in such a way that it benefits not only students but
also practitioners so that they can include agada yogas in their day to day clinical practice.
The last part elaborates some additional treatment modalities in Keraliya Visha Cikitsa and
includes some rare case photos collected from Agada tantra OPD VPSV Ayurveda College
Kottakkal and from the renowned practitioner Shree Manmadhan Vaidhyar.
